Our minds are wonderful organs. The brain is powerful enough to detect the slightest difference in touch, sound, and smell.
Our conscious minds take precedence to sensory information and direct the way our subconscious reacts and understands the world around us. Even though these two levels of the brain interact with each other constantly they have two very different functions in our lives.
Once we Understanding Seduction the difference between the conscious and subconscious mind we can begin to control how we react to situations and also change our lives for the better. After all, in order to train something you have to know how it works in the first place.
The conscious mind
Each and every one of us has a conscious mind. We use it to make daily life decisions like what shirt we will wear, how to logically answer questions we may get throughout the day, and what schedule we have to follow. We can pay attention, focus, reason, and think all with our conscious mind.
It is powerful, but depends heavily on the subconscious mind. When a child learns how to ride a bike the balance and coordination of the body is learned through the conscious mind. This is due in part to the sensory information that the learning process is dependent on. Of course, over time the act of riding a bike gets stored in the memory and it is no longer an act of the conscious mind to ride one.
The subconscious mind
While the conscious mind focuses on a limited scope of activities and information it receives, the subconscious mind is virtually unlimited in the amount of information it can process. In fact, most of what we see, hear, and do throughout the day is regulated and kept by the subconscious mind. Scientist estimate that about 95% of what we do is controlled by our subconscious.
Many everyday activities we do such as brushing our teeth or washing our hair are controlled by our subconscious. If we really stopped to think about all of the things we do every day we begin to realize just how much effort it would take to complete them all if we relied solely on the limited amount of space that we have in our conscious mind. Our subconscious is also responsible for our memories and storing our life experiences.
